Mercy graduated in 2002 as Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, India. She was awarded The Best Outgoing Student Award for excellent academic performance during her study. She did her internship in various disciplines like Orthopedic, Neurology, Cardiovascular, Women’s Health, Fitness and Rehab in India. She worked for 9 years as a physiotherapist in neuromusculoskeletal and sports clinic as Senior Physiotherapist before moving to Canada in 2012. As a licensed Physiotherapist in Canada, she engages herself in assessing patients through evaluative measures and established treatment goals based on diagnosis and functional outcomes.

Mercy constantly enrolled in continuing medical education programs and conferences to update her skills and techniques. She strongly believes “knowledge is power” and is interested in pursuing education courses further to keep herself updated. Jaiganesh (Jay) graduated in 2002 from the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University with a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy. He completed his internship with a varied focus on acute care, neurology, general orthopedics and sports medicine. His experience working with patients of all ages, especially athletes, has helped him develop his skills in various manipulative treatment techniques. He has held multiple positions including educating young graduates from his own university during their initial tenure as physiotherapists.

Prasanna graduated with his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from DR. MGR Medical University in India. He then went on to take his master’s from the same university, with a specialty in Musculoskeletal studies.

Other certifications Prasanna has are:

  • Certified to practice dry needling and spinal manipulation.

  • Completed peripheral manipulation.

  • Completed Part A, B, C and D in MDT from Robin McKenzie institute.

  • Completed K-Tape techniques.
